No matter what you call it, this is the perfect set-up for top water fishing.  Place a small Bull●Shot 1 to 2 feet in front of a small floating worm, hooked through the middle.  Just a little wrist action will have your rig twitching, darting and swimming in circles tantalizing moves that will prove hard for any fish to resist.
