This is a picture of me (on the right) and my friend Tommy Minter. We caught these crappie along with about 20 others early one February morning this year on Grand Bayou Reservoir in Coushatta, LA using minnows. Very good waters (the LA state record white crappie was caught here)… all the crappie were better than 2 lbs. each. Photo taken by my wife, Angela Musgrove.
