The world’s tiniest fish, the Stout Infant, is about a quarter-of-an-inch long. You don’t need 10 lb test line to catch one of those.

FAQ

Q. Where can I find a store near me that sells Water Gremlin sinkers?

Please check out the “How to Find Me” section on our website.  Understand that many retail outlets purchase our products through distributors, so it’s impossible to know every store that carries our sinkers.  If your favorite tackle shop isn’t selling our great, American-made sinkers, let them know that they need to carry the Gremlin!

Q. Can I buy sinkers directly from Water Gremlin?

I’m sorry, but Water Gremlin relies on our dealers and retailers to provide customers with our products, so we are not equipped to handle and process direct consumer orders. Please visit the “How to Find Me” section on our website to find a store near you.  Many of these retailers also carry Water Gremlin sinkers in the on-line store, too.

Q. Will the removable and round split shot sinkers damage my line when I squeeze the sinker tight?

No, Water Gremlin uses soft lead in the design and manufacturing of our split shot sinkers.  This lead is used specifically so you do not have to worry about damaging your line or losing your rig.

Q. What is the difference between the Snap-Loc Dipsey Swivel and the Dispey Swivel?

The main difference is the ease in which you can attach and remove a Snap-Loc® Dipsey without having to cut your line.  Snap-Loc® Dipsey plastic swivels are engineered to withstand up to 35 psi of force.  This helps when fishing those rocky bottoms or rivers where your chance of getting hung up are very high.  Instead of losing your entire rig when getting hung up, the plastic swivel simply pulls out of the sinker and you save your expensive rig or lure.
