Lake Skegemog (also known as Skegemog Lake, and rarely Round Lake, its former name) is a Northern Michigan lake located on the border of three counties, Antrim County, Michigan, Grand Traverse County, Michigan, and Kalkaska County, Michigan, with a surface area of 2,561 acres (10 km2).The lake is well known for its nature and beauty, along with its fishing. It contains many stumps and logs that make good cover for a variety of fish including small mouth bass, largemouth bass, pike, crappie and pan fish.
