Tired of making meat patties? Try fish patties.
Fish Patties
5 lb. diced fish, 1/4 to 1/2 inch square (any kind Northern, walleye, sunfish)
2 eggs
1/2 c. med. onion, chopped very fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped very fine
1 c. Bisquick or other pancake mix
Beat eggs. Mix everything together to the consistency of potato salad. Make into patties and preheat peanut oil or butter to 325 to 350 degrees. Serve alone or on hamburger buns.
