Golden Baked Walleye
1/2 c. milk
3 lb. walleye fillets
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter
Dip fish into milk, then into corn flakes. Pour butter over fish. Bake on greased cookie sheet in hot oven (400 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
