Melt In Your Mouth Carp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 carp
2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp minced onion
1 squeeze of lemon
1 piece of OAK board
Find a big plank of solid oak. Place the carp on top of it. Clean the fish, removing bones and scales. Sprinkle on garlic onion and lemon. Place the fish and plank in the oven at 375° for 25 minutes. When done, remove from oven, throw away carp, and eat the plank.
